1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and aed444 ("aed444", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the aed444 website accessible at aed444.app and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, promotional offers, and payment services.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by aed444 may have their withdrawal rights suspended until verification is complete.

If at any point aed444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accrued on a minor's account will be forfeited. Deposits made by a person under 18 may be returned at aed444's discretion after deduction of any withdrawals already processed.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) aed444 account. All financial transactions on aed444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). aed444 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion charges are applied by aed444, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank directly for their current fee schedules.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. aed444 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used to deposit, or payment methods held in a name other than the registered account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Withdrawals subject to pending KYC verification or bonus wagering requirements will be held until those conditions are satisfied.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. aed444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by aed444 or any third party.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or technical fault that interrupts a game round in progress, the game session will be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to your aed444 balance. aed444 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction, including potential winnings that were not confirmed prior to the fault occurring.

Sports Betting Rules

Players are expected to use the aed444 platform for personal entertainment only. The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure

aed444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Multiple account creation in violation of the single-account policy;
• Promotional or bonus abuse;
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform;
• Request by the player to close their account for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your aed444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Balances Upon Closure

If your account is closed voluntarily and in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees and completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.
